The 6 week Ashtanga beginners courses are a perfect introduction to ashtanga yoga. You will learn the sun salutations – a flowing sequence of movements which warm the body; the standing poses which build strength, stamina and flexibility; and the closing sequence which prepares the body and mind for the final relaxation.

The Ashtanga level 2 course continues on from beginners 1.In this course we introduce the seated postures and aim to build your strength,stamina and knowlegde

I’m taking a break from teaching for a bit, while I train to be a Rolfer a form of massage that will fit really well with Yoga teaching. If you would like to find out some more then check out my bio where there are some links & I might post a few updates from time to time.
