New Beginners Ashtanga Courses

The courses are progressive from week to week, so students are required to pay in advance for the blocks and attend as many as possible for maximum benefit.
Students will learn the Sun Salutations (both A & B), plus most of the standing postures, and will be asked to practice at home where possible to reinforce what is taught in the classes.
We hope that students will confident enough, after the beginner course, to join the led classes and eventually progress towards practicing in the Mysore style, the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga.
